1. Service scope
Finvane provides a BTC research workspace with two public research surfaces: Historical Signal Replay and Live Signal Workspace. The service presents market intelligence context, chart markers, Context Confirmed markers, Price Move Confirmed markers, live TP/SL research levels, TP/SL hit markers, optional research notifications, historical replay output, multi-timeframe alignment, Directional Pressure and Price Structure context for informational and educational use.
Finvane is not a broker, exchange, portfolio manager, signal seller for managed execution or personalized investment adviser. The public workspace does not place orders, custody funds, manage portfolios or require users to connect an exchange account.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the public service, creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the risk disclosure. Do not use the service if you do not accept them.
You must be legally able to use the service, have reached the age of legal majority that applies to you and must not use it where such use would violate applicable law, sanctions, exchange restrictions or local rules that apply to you.
3. Account security
You are responsible for the email address, password and browser sessions used for your account. Use a strong password, keep account links private and report suspected unauthorized access through the published contact route.
Finvane may apply email verification, rate limits, bot protection, session controls and other security measures to protect accounts and service availability.
4. Research output and risk
Historical replay, chart markers, Context Confirmed markers, Price Move Confirmed markers, live TP/SL research levels, TP/SL hit markers, optional research notifications, alignment states, model context cards, examples and market intelligence states are research outputs. They can be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, parameter-sensitive or unsuitable for a user decision. They are not a guarantee of price movement, fill quality, profit, risk reduction or live execution result.
Directional Pressure, Price Structure and similar percentages are model context fields, not win probability and not a promise that a market direction will continue.
The full risk disclosure is part of the public product boundary. You remain responsible for independent evaluation before any financial decision.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the public workspace for lawful personal research within the intended interface. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape the service at abusive scale, disrupt availability, probe secrets, interfere with other users or use the service to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Finvane may limit, suspend or terminate access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or a material breach of these terms.
6. Availability, warranties and third parties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Data providers, hosting, security platforms, email delivery, internet routing and market infrastructure may fail, change or become unavailable. Finvane may change, withdraw or update features without promising uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finvane does not warrant that research output will be complete, accurate, current, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular decision.
7. User responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for decisions made from research output, external market activity, account security and compliance with rules that apply to you. Finvane does not guarantee market direction, trading performance, loss avoidance or continued access to any third-party data or platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finvane is not responsible for losses or damages arising from trading or investment decisions, reliance on research output, market volatility, third-party data or platform failures, internet or exchange outages, service interruption or unauthorized use caused by a user's failure to protect credentials or devices.
8. Intellectual property
Finvane site content, code-facing presentation, product copy and workspace design are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party data, symbols, trademarks and service names remain with their owners.
Do not copy, resell or republish Finvane content or outputs as a competing service without permission.
9. Suspension and termination
Finvane may suspend, restrict or terminate access where needed to protect the service or other users, investigate abuse, comply with law, perform maintenance, address a security issue or respond to a material breach of these terms.
